Campaigns aren't showing

If your campaigns aren't showing or updating... it could be 1 of 2 reasons:
Database loading or Local storage issue

(Contact our team if neither of these solutions work)

Database Loading

Sometimes it takes time to show a campaign on your store due to database overload.
We suggest waiting up to 5 - 10 minutes to see your campaign in full effect.

Local Storage issue

Sometimes the reason campaigns aren't showing on your dashboard is because of a local storage or cookies issue.

How to refresh local storage and cookies:

Right click on your browser page then click inspect.



Navigate to Applications.



Right click on cloud front link under cookies and clear.



Right click on cloud front link under local storage and clear.
