Post-Purchase upsells aren't showing

Top reasons upsells aren't showing:

The post-purchase offers will be displayed only if the order is paid for with a Credit Card by entering the CC details in the Payment step of Shopify Checkout, or by using the digital wallet payment options of Shop Pay or PayPal Express.

If a customer has purchased a trigger product, but the Monster post-purchase offer(s) did not appear, there are several possible reasons related to Shopify API limitations:

The "Monster Checkout" is not set as the active post-purchase app in the "Checkout" settings of the Shopify admin. For more information, refer to this link.
If a currency other than the main store currency is used for the order or if multi-currency functionality is enabled, no post-purchase offers will be displayed.
Post-purchase offers will be skipped if the original purchase is for $0 ("free" checkouts).
If the original purchase is paid entirely using a Shopify Gift Card or a "manual" payment option such as Cash on Delivery (COD), no post-purchase offers will be displayed.
If the original purchase is made using Local Delivery or Local Pickup delivery methods, no post-purchase offers will be displayed.
If the original purchase is paid for entirely using a digital wallet other than Shop Pay or PayPal Express (such as Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, or G-Pay), no post-purchase offers will be displayed.
If Shopify does not have the customer's credit card information on-hand and the original checkout is paid for using a different payment method, no post-purchase offers will be displayed.
If Shopify has not vaulted the customer's credit card information before reaching the post-purchase offer page, no post-purchase offers will be displayed. Shopify is aware of this issue and is working to resolve it without compromising the customer experience, which is their top priority.
It's worth noting that these limitations apply to every post-purchase upsell in the Shopify App Store, without any exceptions.
