• How to test if Checkout Upsells are live?

  Is it possible to test if upsells are live post checkout? Unfortunately Shopify gives us limited options to test these things. The only way to test the checkout upsells is to place a real order on your store. You can do this by making a cheap 50cent product. (50cents is the minimum for checkout) This should trigger the upsell if setup correctly. You must enter in card details for funnel to work. No test orders.   How are orders added to the original order? After a customer clicks checkout their order goes to on hold status for 60 minutes to prevent orders from being fulfilled while buyers are still interacting with the post-purchase offers for their order.. If a customer accepts any of the offers they are automatically added to the original order. This on hold status will automatically close after the 60 minutes or if the customer reaches the ThankYou page. Will this work with my order managemFew readers

  We allow you to create 3 offers... however due to Shopify limitations customers will only see 2 of them. Upsell - All customers will see this first upsell Upsell Offer 2 - Only customers who accept the first offer will see this. Downsell - Only customers who decline the first offer will see this.Few readers

• Do offers have a time limitation?

  Do offers have a time limitation? Yes. offers and order status will automatically be closed at 15 minutes. If the customer do not finalize the order; it will be counted as declined and redirect to thank you page. Please note: That the fulfilment status of the product will be on hold as well for 15 minutes. You can’t ship the products because another product might be added to the order.Few readers
