If your campaigns aren't showing or updating... it could be 1 of 2 reasons: Database loading or Local storage issue (Contact our team if neither of these solutions work) Database Loading Sometimes it takes time to show a campaign on your store due to database overload. Why do my upsell products have incorrect pricing? If you have recently changed the price on an upsell product in Shopify and it hasn't updated in your cart drawer you will need deselect and reselect the upsell product in the campaign. Can customers use discount codes within the cart? Customers can enter their own discount code within the cart or at checkout however they are not compatible with Monster campaigns that use discounts. Therefore when a customer enters a discount code within the cart or at the checkout it will override any discount offers they may have unlocked. How to turn on coupon code? Can I hide products from auto collections? Yes you can - using product type exclusions. Simply add a product type to the product you wish to hide.
