Modifying our app's code directly through the Shopify admin or theme files is not possible.
Shopify apps / themes are distinctly separate in their structure and functionality. Themes are primarily designed for storefront layout and aesthetics, typically utilizing Liquid, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript. Conversely, our app is an independent application integrated with your Shopify store via APIs and embeds.
The app's script, crucially, is not a part of the theme files. It is dynamically generated, optimized, and minimized on the server-side before being delivered to the client upon each request. This architecture ensures optimal performance and security but means that direct edits through theme files or the Shopify admin are not feasible.
