Hide Products From Search (Free Gift, One Tick Upsells)

Can I hide products from my search bar?

Yes you can - using metafields.

Following along with this step by step Video or the instructions below.





Visit: Shopify Settings >> Custom Data >> Products >> Add Definition

Create a definition with these settings.
Name: Whatever you want (e.g. Hide Product)
Namespace and key: seo.hidden
Description: (up to you)
Type: Number [Integer]
Validation:
Minimum - (leave blank)
Maximum - (leave blank)

Click Save



Go to product/s you want to hide within shopify.

Scroll to the bottom and add a 1.



Save the product.

Wait a few minutes and refresh website.

Your product should now be invisible from search.
