Does MonsterUpsells support subscription apps/products?

Yes! We support the native Recharge subscription app and are looking to add more apps soon.

What's the difference between Recharge's native and legacy app?

Legacy: Checkout through the recharge checkout system. (You can contact Recharge to switch to native)
Native: Checkout through the Shopify native checkout. (We only support Native Checkout)

How do discounts work with subscription products?

Currently discounts only work on the checkout of the first subscription box payment.
Every subsequent payment will be controlled by recharge settings.

Why aren't my recharge products opening the cart?

These is normally due to theme compatibility issues. Please reach out to team at support@monsterapps.shop
